Raw garlic, dandelion greens, parsley, endive, asparagus, artichoke, shallots, flax seeds and radishes are all prebiotic. You may suffer from food sensitivities. Identify the offending foods by a process of elimination. Don’t try to fix people and things all the time. You may suffer from inflammatory bowel disease or irritable bowel syndrome. Eat foods high in potassium, such as bananas, leafy greens and whole-grains. Yoghurt, kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, cheeses, nuts, red lentils, leeks and a variety of rice can help your intestines too.
