HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Zuntree partner with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products.

Because we ship internationally directly from our partners, your item may take 1-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not worry if it does not show up directly, it's on its way.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you registered when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.

WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN SEVERAL PACKAGES?

We ship orders from various international warehouses based in Europe, US, Canada, Malaysia Singapore and China. Our stock is spread out over multiple centers in order to deliver to you the faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on their way.

MY ORDER GOT CANCELLED!?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Duplicate order was placed.
  • Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will naturally not be billed for any cancelled items.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Should you choose to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us at hello@zuntree.com and someone at Zuntree will cancel your order for you. 

Please be sure to have your unique reference number stated in your order confirmation at hand to make this process easier for you.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

You must pay for the goods in full prior to their shipment to you. The following are accepted methods of payment:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • American Express

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We truly hope you love your Zuntree product, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY RE-FUND?

After receipt of your goods, a full refund will be issued excluding the shipping and return costs. Please note that it can take up to 5-10 business days after receipt of your goods before we will refund you due to inspection and payment processing. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10-14 additional business days to post the refund to your account. 

Orders paid for through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account within 5 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDERED GOOD ARRIVE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If you receive a damaged or defective item that was ordered from the official Zuntree website, please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@zuntree.com with photos and a brief description of the issue, and we will work with you on issuing a replacement for the defective pair (provided we hear from you before an item has sold out).

Additionally, we will cover any manufacturer defects up to 60 days after the original purchase date. If you believe the item you received is defective, please reach out to our customer service team with photos of the product in question at hello@zuntree.com

Note that each defective product will be analyzed in a case by case basis, and we cannot guarantee that your product will be replaced upon sending photos to our team.

Before contacting Customer Service, please be prepared with your order number or referencing your original confirmation email.
